Andre Floriani Kniphoff
Entrepreneur with a degree in civil engineering for over 20 years, Mr. Kniphoff is a partner and cirector of others companies in various fields.
Mr. Kniphoff was born in Manaus, Brazil, in 1980 and graduated in Civil Engeneer in 2002 (with 21 years old). He has been partner and Director Member of Total Química Indústria a Comercio (www.totalquimica.com.br), a solid brazilian company specialized in Chemical production and distribution since 2004.
In 2005, with 25 years old, he was responsible for the execution and estabilishment of the company Total Biotecnologia S/A. As a C.O. and later partner, he was at the forefront of achievements, leading in the agricultural biological products market in Brazil.
Mr. Kniphoff has also been a partner of KXF Administração e Participações (www.groupkxf.com) since its founding in 2012, a incorporator company specialized in development and management new business for real estate.
He is always creating new opportunities and thoughout this period, in this company, he helped creat more than 260.000 sf industrial office and warehouses for rental in Industrial City of Curitiba.
With the aim of creating new investments and creat possibilities in the strong real estate market in US, Mr. Kniphoff created the ACK Investments Corporation, in January 2020, company focused on investments on financy and in April 2022, created the ACK Home Solution with the objective of investing in the Real Estate Market in United State.
